The Free Neo-Renaissance Synth Presets Bundle is an introduction to the sound world behind the dominic.studio instrument collections.
These sounds take the timbres and musical character of Renaissance instruments as their point of departure, and rebuild them through synthesis rather than attempting merely to imitate an acoustic recording. The result is a collection of voices which may be used for composition, sound design, ambient music, electronic music, experimental work, or simply for discovering what familiar historical timbres become when placed inside a synthesiser.
Expect plucked strings, reeds, winds, voices, sustained tones, bells and other instrumental colours alongside more abstract sounds derived from the same musical vocabulary.
This bundle is provided freely as a means of introducing the wider collection of Neo-Renaissance instruments available from dominic.studio.
